The fresh, melt-in-the-mouth texture and elegant taste are Iwadate Honten's signature products.

●Raw material production area: Soybean flour (produced in Aichi prefecture, etc.), bracken flour (produced in Kagoshima prefecture, etc.)
●Expiration date: Approximately 2 weeks from manufacture (unopened)
(Contains soybeans in part)

It will be delivered at room temperature. We want to deliver products with as long a shelf life as possible, so it takes longer than normal products from ordering to delivery. Also, because everything is hand-kneaded according to the climate and water temperature on the day of manufacture, mass production is not possible. Quantities are limited. Please note.

*Products containing milk, wheat, eggs, and peanuts are manufactured within the same factory.

*If delivery takes longer than planned due to changes in inventory, we will contact you.
